The Bill (Reg. No. 4768) envisages development of the long-term Space Activity Strategy of Ukraine (for 20 years and longer) to determine the principles of governmental policy in the said branch. The Strategy shall be ratified by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Pursuant to the Bill, the National Space Agency of Ukraine shall be authorized to found its representative offices in the regions (countries) having prospects for the advancement of Ukrainian space equipment and technologies to their markets. The Bill also specifies the procedure of registration of the launched space shuttles, and adds a new clause concerning exemption from the register.
